Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day the shipping status indicated that your item has been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since the item has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Customizable products and gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

‘Return Shipping On Us’ when you pay with PayPal

PayPal will refund the cost of returning items on orders paid for with PayPal (terms apply, see below). To take advantage of this offer please follow these steps before placing an order:

1. Opt-in for ‘Return Shipping On Us’ by logging into your PayPal account and activating the service at https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns.
2. Place your order on our website and use PayPal as your payment method.
3. Return your item using the instructions above.
4. Log into your PayPal account, select the purchase you returned and click on ‘Request return shipping refund’. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
5. If your claim is approved, PayPal will send a refund (with applicable caps on different countries) to your PayPal account within days.

Refund (if applicable)

Refund will only be made back to the original method of payment. For example, if you pay using a credit card via Stripe, the refund will be made through Stripe. Stripe will then process the refund to your credit card’s bank. The bank will then process the refund within a few days/weeks and put it back on your credit card account.

Returned items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

60-Day Delivery or 100% Money Back Guarantee

If you did not receive your purchased items within 60 days of placing an order (excluding delay in customs clearance), we will refund the full amount paid back to you.

If the shipping status is stated as delivered before the 60-day period is up, we will deem that you have already received your item and no refund will be made.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopcutethings.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for sending your item to us.

After receiving and verifying that the item returned is what we have sent out, we will ship out the exchanged item to you. Shipping for the exchanged item to you is chargeable at USD20.

Depending on where you stay, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. If the item is lost in transit on the way to us, there will be no exchange.
